This is a 1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ my son and I have been working on. He turns 16 soon and thinks this would be a cool first vehicle. When we got it it was a stock YJ. We went out and bought a welder and then it all started. We made new front and rear bumpers with a tire carrier, installed a 10000lb winch, 3" body lift, 4 1/2" spring lift and Mickey Thompson Baja Claws 33.5/12.5/15. We removed the seats and carpet and used duraliner on the floor, put in 3 highback bucket seats, and a 1800 watt stereo so you can hear it over the 350 Chevy with Dynomax race mufflers and turbo 350 trans, that we installed after the stock 4.0 liter blew a hole in the block on the freeway. Our next project is to build up the axles. This picture was on our 1st adventure off road with the 350 at a place called The Mounds in Genesee County,Mi. What a difference.
