Yea, there's no 3" suspension lift for 4x4 Rangers either.
You can (or could) get the 5" RCD kit or 4" Superlift and at one point a 4" Trail Master.
For a 2wd you can get a 3" spindle lift.
And I disagree, "built" lifts are usually cobbled together and are junk, where as one bought from a professional company are usually pretty good quality.
The special place is in my heart... lol I own a '99 Ford Ranger 4x4. I've had it for seven years now, I love these trucks.

The 6 Inches come from a 3 inch body and a 3 inch suspension lift. and one does exist. you can buy a 4 inch and kinds of lifts. the best lifts are not bought there built. whats the special place. and thanks.

where do u get 6 inch lift for a 99 ranger. i have a 99 rangerand i could only get a 3" lift. mine dont see offroad i take my buggy for that.

What lift is that to get 6", as far as I know one doesn't exist for the Ranger.
I have a special place for '99 Rangers, and you're killing me! lol
