This is my 1974 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40. It’s been such a long process I named it “NIGHTMARE”. My name is Tyler Kerkela. I started on it when I was 12 and I am currently 17. Some upgrades & changes include: 2F Motor, custom dual exhaust, flexpipe, Magnaflow muffler, Pace Setter dual exhaust tips, 4 inch lift, Procar Seats, Grant steering wheel, Black Diamond shocks, six Hella 500 lights, auxillary back up and interior lights, JVC stereo and four 6x9 Pioneer speakers, 34 inch LTB’s plus two spares, RCI fuel cell,custom green paint,bedlined interior, and a Optima Battery . I built a lot of custom fabricated parts myself including: custom fabricated  full cage and seat mounting, lightbar, extended suspension shackles, front and rear bumpers, tire carriers, rear fender flares, rock sliders, u-bolt skid plates, hood scoop, custom diamond plate floor and fuel cell covers, speaker rack,battery cover/hold down,switch panels, and center console with the stereo enclosure.Every inch of this vehicle was cleaned and painted. This has been my life for the last 5 years but it paid off.I have learned so much and would do it again in a heartbeat. If I have anyone to thank, for getting me through this project, with all his help, dedication, and lots of his money, its definately my Dad. Thank You so much for everything on this project.
