PITA is a 1989 Chevrolet pick-up that has a homemade solid front axle conversion on it. The original 350 was pulled and replaced with a stock 454 out of a 1990 SS 454 pick-up. PITA alos has a 6" pro-comp suspension lift and a 3" body lift. She still has the original 14 bolt rear axle and the solid front axle is out of a 1978 Chevrolet pick-up. Both axles are running 4:56 gears. In the front it has a cross-over steering kit and a home made steering arm. For a transmission it has a turbo 350 with a B&M shft kit and a NP203 transfer case. For tires and wheels PITA is rolling on some 15X39.5x15 Super Swamper TSL's mounted on 15X12 Mickey Thompson Classic II's. She is still needing a good solid front bumper and some new posi units. This truck isn't to bad for the whole thing being home built by my cousin andme on our days off.
