About my Wrangler
Axles:
Front is a kingpin Dana 60 High steer w/ 5.13 gears Detroit locker Tera low hubs dana 70 35 spline inner and outer cromemolly shafts with the fat spicer u-joints all new bearings, Brakes, kingpin kit, shaved 1inch from bottom for housing and custom bullet proof cover.
Rear is a 14 bolt super shaved 2 inches from bottom with custom cover, 5.13 “turned down to clear the new housing” Detroit Locker, stock shafts, and disk brake conversion
Engine: TBI chevy 350 with 30,000 miles on it
HEI 60,000 volt distributor
Alum. High flow water pump
High torque starter

Fuel injection: Holley Projection
Wheels and Tires: 39.5 x 15 x 15.5 super swamper TSL 15x10 steel bead locks Marsh Racing/ all tires have tubes in them and quick deflate valve stems. Also have a matching full size spare on steel wheel included
Gauges: 5 auto meter vitals gauges (phantom) and a monster Phantom tac ( they light up red @ night
Shocks: Fox Racing Nitrogen “rebuildable” remote reservoir
Exhaust: Flowmaster Hushpower 2 stainless with anodized tubing
Stereo: Pioneer head unit Pioneer 10” subs xtant amp 600watt and the mids are the factory speakers that came with the TJ pods
Steering: Full Hydraulic with a high pressure pump, orbital valve and 2” ram
Lights: Projector headlights with the halo/
Radiator: Novac Conversion radiator with the Fan from Novac This is the best setup ever for a 350 swap the fan has the adjustable thermostat and an override switch in the dash so you can even cool down with the engine off
Trans: Turbo 400 with TCI full race rebuild kit/ built by the local Dodge/Jeep dealer Head Transmission man. Works great
Converter: TCI low stall converter
Shifter: Art Carr gated shifter
Transfer Case: Completely rebuilt Np205 came matching from the chevy th400 (above) front to back with a 1350 custom made yoke in the front and a cv 1350 yoke in the back ( both yokes came from high angle driveline )
Drive Shafts: 1350 long travel long spline front, 1350 cv to 1410 rear (both drive shafts were custom built and balanced by driveline solutions aka high angle driveline)
Roll Cage: custom built and tied to the frame, seats are also tied to the cage, as well as the 50cal and 308 ammo cans that are water tight.
Fuel Cell: Rci alum. I think 14gal can't afford to fill it up (joke)
