About my Ride
'06 Crew Cab with approx. 2.5" lift up front via new T-bar cams and 1.75" spring shackles in back. Rollin' on 315/70R-17 BFG KO's (35X12.50) It's got a 5.3 Vortec V8 with a K&N intake and a custom cat-back exhaust(a Dynomax in stock muffler loc. with a 3.5" turn down at the axle!) The only other mod is the basic black nerf bars and a set of ProComp Shocks. I run the poop out of it everyday, to and from work, an hour each way. Sling mud every weekend, use the crew cab to haul the family, and the bed for haulin ATV's

I'll try to get some updated pics of my truck this weekend. Maybe some "mud wrasslin" shots or some hot girls in bikinis!?!?

I thought the problem usually is the width. Do you have any rubbing on the upper arm? Balljoint? Swaybar? If not then great! That tire you have is equivalent to a 34.5/12" tire. I know on the F 150's you can fit a 35" stock with just a leveling kit, which is essentially the same as you cranking the torsions.
Good choice! Truck looks great!

I don't understand why everything i read says a 33" tire is all that fits on a Silverado 1500 without lifting it a foot in the air?!? I put a 315/70R-17 on stock rims and only had to crank up the torsion bars to clear the body...Am I just smarter than everybody else?
