About my GF

A few years back I traded a 92 Mazda 2600i ext cab 4x4 for this. I had another lifted Hatch previous to this, but all it had was a lift and 27" Swampers.
This one was built by 2 different people, both who I knew before I got it.
It has a sub frame for the front and another for the rear. Also has a sub frame to mount the Nissan t-case to.
The front diff is also divorced from the original tranny and is mounted in the sub frame under the engine. Both front and rear diff's are 4.11 and the rear is locked. The Nissan t-case was used because the drivelines line up perfectly. The Hatch originally came with a 4spd and dual range t-case (stock) but a newer 5spd with D/R was put in. The wheels are 15x8 Chevy steels that have been redrilled to fit the Subaru hubs. I've never had a problem with them coming loose. Mounted to the wheel are 30x11.50x15 SuperSwamper TSL's. Personaly, I think they are to wide, I cant get any traction in ice or snow, even aired down to 8lbs. I'm going to regroove them to see if it helps. If not, I'll be looking for new tires.
I installed a Warn 6000lb winch on the front, its come in handy a few times already. I also installed rear disc brakes, it sure helps on the steep stuff. I'm also planning on GM alternator swap and dual battery setup. Has a RedTop Optima in it now. I also plan on installing a roll bar in the future, theres been a few times I've come close to tipping over.
